My role as your Health Coach is to play an intricate role in the success of your individual wellness and health goals. My services include working with other health, wellness, and fitness professionals (i.e., personal trainers, primary care doctors, dieticians, etc.) to best support clients holistically.
As a former RN of 23 years, with numerous specialties. I am well-versed in a variety of health-related topics, from chronic conditions to healthy habits. More importantly, my role is to provide support and accountability through the ups and downs of the behaviour change process. Utilizing the best Health Coaching practices to assist my clients to find their intrinsic motivation. I then develop a plan made specifically for your individual needs and Health goals.
I can educate and empower clients to take the lead in making the best decisions for themselves and their well-being. This c includes building healthy habits through nutrition and exercise to support both your physical and mental health.
